Soft skills are skills that are not tied to a specific occupational field, but can be applied across all professional careers. A typical example would be interpersonal and communication skills. Students can complement their academic studies with training in soft skills.

During academic year 2025/26, students of the Bachelor's Degree Programme in Ancient Civilizations for the Contemporary World (ACCW) can earn university credits (CFU/ECTS) by attending Soft Skills courses. More specifically, those who successfully complete one of the soft skills courses included in the list prepared by the University will be granted 3 CFU/ECTS as alternative activities for educational workshops.
